1. Services Offered

PN Writer Relocation Pvt. Ltd. provides packing, moving, relocation, warehousing, vehicle transport, and associated services for both domestic and corporate clients. Scope and deliverables are defined at the time of booking.

2. Booking and Payment Terms

• Advance booking is mandatory via phone, email, or official channels.
• Advance payment is required to confirm a booking.
• Full payment must be made before or on the day of service completion.
• PN Writer Relocation reserves the right to cancel bookings for non-payment or misuse of terms.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Cancellations must be notified at least 48 hours in advance.
• Late cancellations may incur additional charges.
• Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be coordinated early.

4. Packing and Handling

We use high-quality packing materials and professional staff to ensure item safety. Clients are responsible for declaring fragile items in advance. Valuables such as cash, jewellery, and documents must be self-handled.

5. Insurance and Liability

• PN Writer Relocation is not liable for losses due to unforeseen events unless transit insurance is purchased.
• Insurance can be availed at an additional cost and must be requested in writing.
• Claims should be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

6. Vehicle Relocation

Vehicle transport may require copies of registration, insurance, and identification. PN Writer Relocation is not liable for minor wear and tear during transit unless insured.

7. Delays and Force Majeure

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by natural calamities, roadblocks, or strikes. PN Writer Relocation shall not be held responsible for delays outside our control.

8. Warehousing & Storage

Storage services are available upon request. Items must be declared clearly along with their estimated value. Long-term storage will be governed by a separate agreement.

9. Prohibited Items

The following items are not allowed for transport: hazardous chemicals, flammable substances, perishable goods, firearms, and illegal contraband.

10. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must ensure access to both pick-up and drop-off locations and coordinate with our team for timely service delivery.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and branding on our website or materials are the property of PN Writer Relocation Pvt. Ltd. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

12. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Mumbai courts only.

13. Modifications

PN Writer Relocation Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website.
